The NogglesRail in Chicago brings CC0 skate infrastructure to the Midwest, expanding the reach of the Nounish movement through community-funded and community-built initiatives. Developed as part of efforts to proliferate and onboard Chicago into the Gnars ecosystem, the project was activated through the ETH Chicago Hackathon and the "A Lil Gnarly Skate Jam," a three-day gathering combining a hackathon, conference, and skate session. The initiative connects builders, skaters, and creators, reinforcing the bridge between on-chain coordination and off-chain action while growing the Nounish network in new regions.
