This celebratory Droposal marks a symbolic transformation within the GnarsDAO universe. Two of our long-time shredders and builders, Nogenta Yan and Ionir Mera, took to the streets to bring the noggles to life through the Nogglesrail, a public monument originally created by artist Pharra and installed at Praça XV, a historic cultural landmark in Brazil.
In this activation, the Nogglesrail undergoes a striking visual shift: its original colors give way to the signature blue of Base Network, captured through audiovisual content that bridges onchain culture and real-world action. The video documents this metamorphosis, turning a physical symbol into a digital narrative that reflects the evolution of our ecosystem.
This moment celebrates the growing partnership between GnarsDAO and the Base ecosystem, a connection fueled by shared values and mutual support. Through IRL sessions and URL collaborations, Base has helped onboard a new generation of shredders, while Gnars continues to build with artists, skaters, and creators aligned with the BASED vision.
There’s no better way to honor this convergence than through onchain celebration, minting a memory, carving a new line, and coloring the future. 💙
