“I like the direction of engaging through bounties, I like the fact that we will use sendit for it. But I agree with r4topunk. We are in a point that we have enough structure to transform data into actions and actions into data for a better conversion. Of course I trust the builders and I want to see not only the bounties section very active, but the quality work Will and Zima provide continuing. But I would like a data driven calendar of actions and its measurement. Love you guys deeply and I am proud of working with you, looking forward for the next version if this one does not pass.”

“I think this proposal should be smaller and more focused. Right now, too much of the budget seems oriented toward one-off rewards and broad participation, while the retention strategy is still unclear. I’d rather see a smaller first iteration that proves the model before scaling it. I’d like to see: * clear baseline metrics from previous initiatives; * specific KPIs for acquisition, activation, and retention; * projections for what this proposal is expected to achieve; * metrics such as cost per new contributor, % of bounty participants who return, and how many become recurring contributors; * a clearer strategy for converting bounty participants into long-term Gnars contributors. I’m supportive of the direction, but I’d prefer a smaller proposal with measurable targets and a stronger retention loop before committing this amount of capital.”
