This proposal is to send 0.2eth each (around $500 each) to Millz and Bagelface who both worked on the gnars migration to base and changes to the gnars.wtf frontend to accomodate.
The frontend isn't quite finished, but there's misalignment in the tech pod, specifically the party that controls the tech pod funds and that party should send the funds back to the Gnars treasury at this point in my opinion.
The fundamental misalignments tend to devolve conversations into personal attacks and circular conversations that are unproductive.
I am seeking to pay these 2 Gnars contributors this little token amount for the work they've done until now (as had been discussed, transaction setup, but then vetoed in the party). I personally feel like all contributors to this task have been underpaid, and devs are moving on which may indicate as such.
But we must move on, move forward, keep building, whoever the people involved are. And it's only fair to say thank you for the time you spent on gnars to these 2 in SOME way, even if it is a small amount.
The tech pod party cannot find consensus in paying out these small amounts, which indicates to me that the party model for pods may not be as effective as hoped initially. But it was a worthy experiment!
